Shipping policy

SO HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Its pretty straight forward for us.. 

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm PST will be shipped out the same day.

Any orders placed after 2pm will be shipped out the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will also ship the following business day. 

If everything checks out (no security flags or fraud detected, no missing zip code, invalid name like "big perm" etc..), we accept the order and you'll receive a confirmation email, Followed by tracking info for your package once we create the label and send the box out. 

AT CHECK-OUT WE OFFER A FEW DIFFERENT WAYS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.  

DOMESTIC:

UPS GROUND 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS - We offer this service FREE with all orders above $250 Expect 2-5 day delivery times. 

UPS EXPRESS- This is an overnight/next day service.* Rates vary. *Please note your order must be placed within our shipping hours if you expect to receive your order the next day (refer to first section of this page).

INTERNATIONAL:

USPS Priority Mail, DHL AND UPS EXPRESS - This is our only international shipping option, Rates vary, Expect 6-10 day delivery times.**

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES.

** Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for customs duties and fees on your international order. Additionally, some international orders may receive delays at the destination’s customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot control the fees that you are charged at customs, the delays, nor can we predict what they may be.  We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Packages that are returned due to customs hold ups will be refunded to the customer once the items are received back in our possession. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
